Inside our bodies there are cycles that happen also. Our food gets broken down and energizes our cells, oxygen is pumped through our body by the heart, menstrual cycles help cleanse a woman's body and so on. These are just some examples of the body doing its amazing process of cleansing itself and rebuilding and repairing.
Basically our bodies are made up of a huge amount of cells which die and then new ones are generated to replace, and the cycle goes on. Cancer happens when this function gets dysfunctional, so is there anything we can do to help this marvelous mechanism to continue to operate smoothly?
The answer is yes and it's a simple thing really. There are two choices, nutritional supply versus dead baggage, and guess which one of the two your body wants. You need to be proactive with your health, not programmed and deactivated which is what the mainstream medical industry wants. There are many ways to help your body function properly but there is one that seems overlooked, perhaps because it takes effort and which we have pre-determined tastes "yucky".
It's called juicing, and this incredible unsung benefit has gotten a bad rap in some folks minds, in that it must taste strange and pitchmen/women just use this to infomercial sell their juicers. Not here to say what is the best juicer, but that juicing is what does your body good. Here is a basic guidline to get you started. Newbies may want to start out with fruit juices, then if you feel real brave, try some carrot juice. (You will be surprised how good fresh carrot juice is to the palate).
Juicing is a superb way to fortify your body with nutrients giving you a radiant, energetic life and truly optimal health. It'your body's way of saying thank you, may I have some more. Juicing will cleanse your intestinal tract of waste which is an extra bonus for the health conscious indvidual, but for the person who has neglected, this your wake-up call. Change can be difficult, but the benefits of a long, quality, healthy life is priceless.
Time to get healthy so let's go boot camp about the benefits of juicing. Juicing is looking for a few good people.
Do you know that the health of your body is largely dependent on your intestinal tract? Most Americans will not get past the taste buds and the "buy one, get one for a $.01 deal. We are not castaways stranded on some island, and last I saw we still have freedom to choose what is healthy, and most of it is common sense. Our intestines absorb nutrients from the food(s) we consume.
Juicing is beneficial in that it makes it easy for our bodies to predigest which means we can get the most of the nutrition that the fruit and veggies have to offer. Think about it, fruit and vegetables are on this planet for a reason. We can benefit from juicing these fruits and veggies, only con is cleaning the juicer.
One of the best juices to implement is wheat grass or barley. It is full of chlorophyll which detoxifies and purifies the blood among other benefits. It actually helps transport oxygen through the blood. This can be mixed with your juice, what a great way to start the day.
If you can use organic fruits and veggie's. There are many different combinations but would suggest to get some spinach and beet juice on regular basis. You don't need much juice per day, you have to determine if you are wanting more protein or carbs.
Try to increase as much raw food into your diet. Raw food is easier to digest than cooked food, it is digested in less than half the time of cooked food. Makes me think of salad with just a little dressing or squeezed lemon...hold the salt. Eating a lot of raw food will give your digestive system a much respected break, which will clear out waste that has built up over time.
Remember, drink a lot of purified water and think before ordering...how does this benefit ?. This is your body, there are many like it but this one is yours. Think about it.
